About us

We leverage the skills and experiences of our network, community leaders, businesses and professionals to serve others and contribute to the betterment of society and humanity.

To shape the future of a better world

Founded in 2017, we design and implement initiatives that promote intergenerational connection, cultural inclusion, and lifelong learning. From digital literacy and creative arts for older adults to leadership development and wellbeing programs for youth, our work fosters resilience, belonging, and active participation.

We deliver culturally safe, community-led initiatives that empower seniors and young people to participate fully in civic life, while actively countering discrimination and promoting a shared sense of belonging.

Celebrate Diversity’s goals align with Victoria’s strategic priorities in social cohesion, inclusive ageing, youth engagement, and anti-racism. Our programs directly support the state’s Social Cohesion Commitment by fostering intercultural understanding, reducing isolation, and building trust across generations and communities.

Through partnerships with local government, community groups, and service providers, we contribute to a more resilient, inclusive Australia: where diversity is not only respected, but celebrated as a strength.
